About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead hiring for the Indonesian market. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment primarily for business roles (sales, dealing/trading support, marketing, operations, compliance, and other corporate functions), with occasional support for other areas.
You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, leveraging your deep knowledge of the Indonesian talent market, strategic sourcing skills, and a candidate-focused approach to attract top talent. Your work will directly support our ability to scale and build a high-performing organisation in Indonesia.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of business functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and compliance across the Indonesian market
- Partnering with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to define role requirements and build ideal candidate profiles
- Designing and optimising selection processes to improve assessment quality and candidate experience, in line with local market expectations
- Sourcing and engaging top talent across local and international markets, using innovative methods and tools (LinkedIn, local job boards such as Jobstreet/Kalibrr, professional communities and referrals)
- Acting as a talent acquisition advisor, sharing insights on the Indonesian labour market, salary benchmarks, sourcing strategies, and recruitment KPIs
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Managing offer negotiations and successfully closing candidates in line with local compensation practices and regulations
- Ensuring recruitment practices comply with Indonesian labour law and company policies
- Consistently promoting XTB as an employer of choice in Indonesia
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Fintech roles within a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Strong knowledge of the Indonesian talent market and local sourcing channels
- Proven success in hiring mid- and senior-level professionals against ambitious timelines
- Experience partnering with and advising senior stakeholders
- Excellent sourcing skills and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with OJK-regulated or financial-sector hiring requirements in Indonesia
- Experience hiring across Southeast Asia
