你将参与：
· 与专家和学习经理合作，识别学习需求
· 开发详细的故事板、模板和资源，以支持解决方案的制作（课堂培训、在线学习、视频等）
· 全程管理项目，确保项目的成功交付
· 与开发人员和供应商合作，推动学习解决方案的创建
要在这个职位上取得成功，你需要：
· 展现出卓越的利益相关者关系技能，能够有效地与专家合作
· 在快节奏的环境中工作，同时处理多个项目并满足关键截止日期
· 有设计混合学习项目、在线课程、视频、动画和其他资源的经验
理想的候选人应拥有教学设计专业学士学位，或培训与评估四级证书，或培训设计与开发文凭。

Excellent opportunity for an Instructional Designer / Learning Experience Designer to join our People and Inclusion function at KPMG.

As an Instructional Designer at KPMG, you will consult with stakeholders to identify, design, and curate learning solutions.
You will be involved in:
· Working with SME’s and learning managers to identify learning needs
· Developing detailed storyboards, templates, and resources to enable the production of solutions (classroom, elearning, video etc…)
· Managing projects end to end ensuring the successful delivery of projects
· Partnering with developers and vendors to enable learning solutions to be created
To be successful in this role you will:
· Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to work effectively with SME’s
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
· Have experience designing blended learning programs, elearning courses, videos, animations, and other resources
Ideal candidates for this role will bring with them a Bachelor degree majoring in Instructional Design, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or Diploma of Training Design and Development.
