Our Team

Quanata, LLC is an insurance technology innovation company that engineers advanced risk prediction and prevention solutions, develops risk-focused acquisition capabilities, and builds/supports a full-stack, flexible, digital & increasingly AI-native insurance platform. This helps our primary clients, State Farm and HiRoad Assurance Company, adapt to evolving market needs. Quanata, LLC is wholly owned and funded by State Farm.

As a company that prioritizes an inclusive and positive culture, we believe the core of our success is in hiring talented people — across disciplines — who want to help us make a quantifiable impact.

The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and customer-obsessed product leader to shape the future of insurance through AI-native, data-driven solutions. As the leader of our product portfolio, you’ll define vision, strategy, and operating models that deliver measurable impact for our clients, including State Farm and HiRoad Assurance Company. This is a highly influential leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, technology, data, operations, and business strategy. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, modernize how products are built and scaled, and help drive innovation in a highly regulated industry.
Your Day-to-Day

  • Define and lead the product vision, portfolio strategy, and roadmap across the organization
  • Partner with executive leaders and clients to align product investments with business priorities and customer outcomes
  • Drive product lifecycle excellence from discovery and prioritization through launch and continuous improvement
  • Build and evolve product operating models, governance practices, and portfolio decision frameworks
  • Use customer insights, market intelligence, and performance data to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Collaborate closely with Technology, Data, Operations, Underwriting, and Actuarial teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing product organization grounded in accountability, clarity, and collaboration
  • Communicate strategy, priorities, tradeoffs, and product performance to senior stakeholders across the business

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 12–15 years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, insurance products, or related leadership roles
  • Deep insurance industry expertise, ideally within P&C, insurtech, or data-enabled insurance products
  • Proven success leading product vision, portfolio strategy, prioritization, and cross-functional execution at scale
  • Strong understanding of modern technology platforms, AI-driven capabilities, and product development tradeoffs
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders and connecting product strategy to enterprise business goals
  • Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills in complex, matrixed environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering healthy collaboration and accountability
  • Passion for building customer-centered, AI-native experiences that modernize the insurance industry

Bonus Points

  • Experience in insurtech, fintech, or another highly regulated, technology-enabled industry
  • Background leading organizational transformation, modernization, or product operating model evolution
  • Experience building or scaling direct-to-consumer digital products
  • Advanced degree or certifications in business, product, technology, strategy, or insurance
  • Experience launching AI-native products, capabilities, or transformation initiatives
