This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our facility. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in logistics, inventory control, and team leadership in a warehouse, storage, or product-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inventory handling, quality control, and shipping
- Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures
- Manage team schedules, performance, and workflow to meet company productivity goals
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with vendors and internal departments for timely restocking
- Oversee order fulfillment accuracy and customer satisfaction for B2B deliveries
- Report to upper management with updates on facility performance and logistics KPIs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or facility management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Familiarity with inventory software and logistics platforms
- Ability to lift and move products (when required)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
