Job Description:
DXC Technology is a leading enterprise technology and innovation partner delivering software, services, and solutions to global enterprises and public sector organizations — helping them harness AI to drive outcomes at a time of exponential change with speed. With deep expertise in Managed Infrastructure Services, Application Modernization, and Industry-Specific Software Solutions, DXC modernizes, secures, and operates some of the world's most complex technology estates.

People in Corporate Functions make DXC a well-run and high-functioning organization. Each team contributes to DXC's success and each individual delivers world class service and has opportunities to grow and learn

DXC Technology is looking for a Manager, Global Brand Media to help plan, manage and optimize the paid media supporting our global brand strategy and campaigns.
Working as part of the Global Brand team, this role will be DXC's day-to-day media lead, partnering closely with our Senior Manager, Brand Creative & Campaign Strategy, internal Creative Studio, digital and analytics teams, and external media agency.

About The Role:
The Media Manager will translate campaign objectives into effective media strategies across channels, audiences and markets, ensuring that DXC reaches the right enterprise decision-makers in the right environments and that our media investment is continuously measured and optimized.
This person will connect strategy to activation: managing agency plans, media budgets, audience and channel recommendations, creative media requirements, launch readiness, campaign performance and optimization.
The role requires someone who understands sophisticated B2B media but also enjoys the operational detail required to get campaigns into market successfully.

What You´ll Do
Media strategy & planning

  • Translate DXC brand and campaign objectives into integrated paid-media plans.
  • Support development of the annual and campaign-specific media strategy across global markets.
  • Recommend the appropriate channel mix across premium video/CTV, business media, digital publishing, programmatic/display, LinkedIn, YouTube, audio, partnerships and account-based media.
  • Help define the role of media across awareness, preference, consideration and account engagement.
  • Develop audience strategies across senior business decision-makers, technology leaders, priority industries and strategic accounts.
  • Connect broad brand media with vertical, ABM and retargeting activity to create a coherent audience journey.

Media agency management

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for DXC's external media agency.
  • Develop clear agency briefs in partnership with the Brand team.
  • Review and challenge agency recommendations across audience, channel mix, geography, investment, reach, frequency and timing.
  • Manage weekly agency status, optimization and performance reviews.
  • Ensure clear ownership between agency-managed and DXC-managed media.
  • Track agency deliverables, media commitments and key campaign milestones.
  • Escalate investment, delivery or performance risks where appropriate.

Media investment & budget management

  • Maintain a clear view of media budgets, allocations and commitments.
  • Track investment by market, audience, channel, publisher and campaign.
  • Partner with the agency and internal teams to identify opportunities to reallocate investment based on performance.
  • Support evaluation of publisher partnerships and new media opportunities.
  • Ensure investment decisions can be clearly explained to Brand leadership.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement on media-related budget and commercial processes.

Campaign activation & creative coordination

  • Translate approved media plans into clear creative requirements, formats, specifications and delivery deadlines.
  • Brief Lead and the Creative Studio on what media requires, while Lead retains ownership of the creative response.
  • Maintain visibility into media deadlines, asset readiness, trafficking and launch status.
  • Ensure the media agency has the correct approved assets and landing destinations.
  • Identify potential media or inventory risks early enough for the creative team to respond.
  • Coordinate campaign readiness checkpoints across media, creative, digital and agency teams.
  • Ensure media requirements inform creative development without allowing the media plan to dictate the creative idea.

Measurement, optimization & learning

  • Define media KPIs and learning agendas with Brand, Analytics and agency partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance across audiences, channels, publishers, markets and creative.
  • Lead the day-to-day optimization dialogue with the media agency.
  • Turn performance data into actionable recommendations on targeting, channel mix, investment and creative needs.
  • Work with Lead to identify where creative performance suggests a need for new messages, formats or executions.
  • Partner with Analytics to understand behavior beyond media delivery, including quality of traffic and on-site engagement.
  • Develop clear, concise media-performance reporting for Brand leadership.

Innovation & best practice

  • Stay current on B2B media trends, platforms, audience capabilities and measurement.
  • Bring forward new approaches appropriate for enterprise technology and C-suite audiences.
  • Help DXC continually improve its approach to programmatic, paid social, ABM and premium media partnerships.
  • Establish repeatable media planning, briefing, reporting and optimization practices within the Brand team.
  • Build stronger institutional media knowledge inside DXC rather than relying exclusively on agency expertise.

Who You Are

  • 5–7+ years of media planning, paid media or integrated marketing experience, ideally across B2B, enterprise technology or similarly complex categories.
  • Must be authorized to work in US without requiring any sponsorship now nor in the future
  • Agency-side media planning experience would be highly valuable; combined agency and client-side experience is ideal.
  • Strong knowledge of digital, paid social, programmatic, video/CTV and publisher media.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, YouTube and B2B/ABM audience strategies.
  • Experience managing or working closely with external media agencies.
  • Comfortable managing significant media budgets and interpreting media plans and performance reports.
  • Working knowledge of media measurement, including reach, frequency, CPM, engagement, brand lift and digital/site behavior.
  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity about why media is or isn't performing.
  • Excellent project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, markets and deadlines.
  • Strong communicator who can make complex media recommendations understandable to non-media stakeholders.
  • Collaborative working style and ability to operate effectively across Creative, Digital, Analytics, Demand Generation and external partners.
  • Comfortable moving between strategy and execution.
