必备资格

As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play an important role in helping clients build stability, resilience, and meaningful progress in their mental health journey. This role is well suited to a clinician who values personalized care, sound clinical judgment, and a therapeutic approach that balances empathy with structured treatment planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions for clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma.
- Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure HIPAA-compliant records.
- Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessments when clinically necessary.
- Use evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT in telehealth care.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license.
- Master's degree.
- Based in Texas.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Experience conducting intake assessments and delivering CBT.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing crisis intervention.
- Minimal hands-on experience with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
- Experience delivering DBT.
- Professional fluency in more than one language.

· Our Counselors are required to work a minimum of 6 hours per week. You can control your schedule and pick the demographic of clients you want to work with.
Referrals
· We receive over 120 new clients per week. We find your clients and fill them in on your calendar
Insurance Process
· We handle all billing and insurance issues. If there is a problem you will still be paid
