Digital Masterpiece is looking for a smart, ambitious, and tech-driven Digital Solutions Associate to support the implementation and optimization of digital business solutions for clients across multiple industries.
As an Authorized Zoho Partner, we help businesses streamline operations, automate workflows, improve customer experience, and scale efficiently using Zoho and other modern digital tools.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about:

You will work closely with the implementation and consulting team on client projects involving:
· Zoho CRM and Zoho One implementations
- Workflow automation and business process optimization
- Third-party integrations and middleware tools
- Client onboarding and system setup
- Troubleshooting and support
- Documentation and quality assurance

Requirements
- Strong computer and digital skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

Added Advantage:
· Familiarity with Zoho applications
