- **Build Scalable Infrastructure:** Own, refine, and modernise SaaS agreement templates, negotiation playbooks, and contract escalation workflows to ensure legal scales alongside business growth.
- **Serve as a Trusted Advisor:** Provide pragmatic, risk-aware legal guidance across cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Contract Managers, aligning legal strategy with our consumption-based model, monetisation, and product-led growth (PLG) goals.
**This role requires**

- **Privacy & Security Fluency:** Solid hands-on knowledge of data privacy, artificial intelligence, security topics, and global compliance frameworks within commercial SaaS transactions.
- **GTM & Sales Alignment:** Proactive, strategic approach to working directly alongside enterprise sales teams to drive deal execution across the EMEA region.
- **Autonomy & Resilience:** Proven ability to manage competing deliverables, set clear boundaries, prioritise under deadlines, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
