Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller responsible for translating complex ideas into high-impact designs. You will work across various digital and print mediums to ensure visual consistency and elevate the brand’s aesthetic. This is a unique opportunity for a designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to take full ownership of creative projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-quality creative work across multiple platforms, including social media, web, email, and marketing collateral.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual identities.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining brand standards.

• Evolve and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints.

• Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback.

• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the creative output fresh and innovative.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (portfolio required).

• Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and digital design principles.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate the "why" behind design decisions.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect work.

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience working within a creative or marketing agency.

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday, or ClickUp.
