Key responsibilities include:

• Source and identify relevant bids from government tender portals and other bid listing platforms.

• Screen and assess bid opportunities for alignment with our products and services.

• Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to prepare comprehensive and competitive bids.

• Ensure all bid documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and competitor activities.

• Develop and implement bid strategies to increase win rates.

Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:Proven experience in bid/proposal management.

• Knowledge:Familiarity with government tender portals, procurement processes, and bid submission requirements.

• Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals.

• Attention to Detail:Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate bid opportunities and requirements accurately.

• Collaboration:Ability to work effectively across teams, ensuring alignment and cooperation in bid preparation.
