Position: Human Resources Expert, German (Germany) - AI Training
Type:Contract
Compensation:$65/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment:21 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate AI agents for realistic professional tasks in Human Resources.
- Build workspaces and files to simulate real HR environments in Germany.
- Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on actual HR practices.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure tasks align with German labor law and Tarifverträge.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
- Native or fluent in German.
- Degree from a top-20 university in Germany.
- Knowledge of German labor law, works councils (BetrVG), Tarifverträge, and German payroll and social insurance.
