About the Role
We are seeking one strong designer to own the visual output end to end. Graphic design and motion/video are the core of the job, and you'll lead both. You'll set the look, make the work, and hold the bar, without needing a brief spelled out or a meeting to get started. This is a hands-on role, not a management one.
Responsibilities

• Own brand and graphic design across all outputs: social, blog, decks, and launch campaigns

• Lead motion and video: cut podcasts/talks into short clips, build animations, product teasers, and sharp motion assets

• Turn complex ideas into clear visuals (diagrams, explainers, short videos)

• Hold the visual direction and ensure consistent quality while moving fast

• Use AI tools to accelerate workflows while maintaining polished results

• Occasionally build simple landing pages for campaigns (AI-assisted)

Requirements

• 4+ years professional design experience, strong in both graphic design and motion/video

• Portfolio showing polished static work and motion/video projects (mandatory for screening)

• Fluency in Figma plus motion/video tools (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or equivalent)

• Ability to simplify complex concepts visually

• End-to-end ownership of design projects with strong taste and judgment

• Practical use of AI tools (speed without artifacts)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with crypto, web3, or AI products

• Framer or Webflow experience for landing pages

• Illustration skills
