Responsibilities
Our Talent Pool includes individuals with experience in:
- Healthcare analytics, Epic systems, and data strategy
- Healthcare operations, patient access, and clinical workflows
- Consulting, advisory, or technical implementation roles
- Leadership, project management, and change enablement

Requirements
Requirements vary by role, but we generally look for people who:
- Excel at creating clarity out of complexity and driving actionable outcomes
- Bring experience in healthcare IT, Epic, analytics, or related technical fields
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strive to deliver high-quality, scalable, and sustainable results
If you are interested in working in an analyst or project management position, you must have 3+ years of experience and current certifications.
