Payroll Advisor for Switzerland

Currently we are looking for the candidate for Payroll Advisor role for Swiss market .

Which tasks can you expect?
- Independent and autonomous preparation of payroll accounting (including special features, such as accounting for mini-jobs, students, temporary staff, interns, short-term employees) for Swiss customers
- Maintenance of master and transaction data
- Time recording and certification
- Creation of statistics and evaluations
- Contact person for the assigned customer as well as for various offices, health insurance companies or social insurance carriers
- Implementation of the year-end process and answering the resulting questions
What do you have to offer?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll
- Proficiency in Abacus system
- Good written and spoken English skills ( German / French as a plus)
- Practical experience in dealing with a common billing system
- Knowledge of income tax and social security law
- Experienced handling of the common MS-Office tools (Excel in particular)
- Independent, conscientious, and well-structured way of working
- Strong service and customer orientation
