About the Role
As a Project Manager Senior, you lead large-scale, highly complex enterprise implementations, operating at a program level rather than a single project. You define delivery approaches, manage complex governance structures, and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. You drive alignment across business, technical, and operational teams while resolving critical escalations and influencing organizational change at scale.
What You'll Do
· Lead large-scale, highly complex enterprise implementations at a program level rather than a single project.
· Define delivery approaches and manage complex governance structures across workstreams.
· Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, resolving critical escalations as they arise.
· Drive alignment across business, technical, and operational teams throughout the program.
· Influence organizational change at scale, beyond the mechanics of a single delivery.
Role Profile
Required
· Education / Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Years of Experience: 6 to 10 years of project management experience in ERP, software implementation, or technology consulting environments.
· Language Requirements: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Preferred
· Certifications: NetSuite SuiteFoundation or PMP certification is required. CAPM, PRINCE2, PSM, CSM, SAFe, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and NetSuite ERP Consultant certifications are considered strong assets.
