About Open

Open is building the category of AI-native customer communication.
For decades, companies have managed customer conversations through ticketing systems, helpdesks, call centers, and fragmented automation tools. These systems were built to help humans process customer requests.
We believe that era is ending.
The next generation of customer communication will be run by intelligent agents that can understand customers, reason across company knowledge and systems, take action, and communicate proactively, not just wait for customers to reach out.

Open is the platform for that new world.
Companies use Open to deploy autonomous AI agents across chat, email, WhatsApp, and voice, both inbound and outbound.
