#### 职位描述
在由 5 名 IT 工程师组成的团队中，你将负责处理交由你管理的项目和开发的所有相关方面：
- 理解和收集用户需求，

#### 资格要求
拥有高等教育学位（硕士水平），至少有 4 年工作经验，且熟练掌握 **Python 开发工具**。

#### Job description
Within a team of 5 IT engineers, you will take on all aspects of the projects and developments entrusted to you:
- understanding and gathering user requirements,
- modeling and mockup creation of requests,
- proposing a technical and human organization around the need (information flows, data pooling, …)
- developing the solution using the tools provided to you and respecting the constraints specific to our structure,
- putting the solution into production (data takeover, migrations, ….) and assisting users during this phase,
You will work in an environment of **high technical level, particularly in Python**
The areas of expertise and intervention will cover all of the group's business lines (**Asset Management and Real Estate**) as well as all cross-functional activities (**front office, middle office, reference data, internal control / risks,…**).
#### Qualifications
You hold a higher education degree (Bac + 5), have at least 4 years of experience, and have a thorough command of **Python development tools.**
You like or already have experience in the finance industry.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, analytical and synthesis skills, good interpersonal skills, curiosity, rigor, pragmatism and a sense of service, you will be an undeniable asset to succeed in this role.
