- 配置和定制 Salesforce 平台以满足客户需求。

- 任职要求

About the Role
Our client is seeking highly skilled and passionate Senior Salesforce Developers to join its growing Salesforce Practice and work with international clients across a range of consulting and digital transformation projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Salesforce professionals who are eager to work on challenging implementations, deliver high-quality solutions, and collaborate with global stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, consulting capabilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective technical solutions.
- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and related technologies.
- Configure and customize Salesforce platforms to meet client requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support solution architecture and contribute to project planning activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain development standards.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging technologies.
- Participate in client discussions, workshops, and solution demonstrations as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
- Minimum 3 Salesforce Certifications.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience working on end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Client-facing experience with the ability to understand business requirements and recommend solutions.
- Ability to deliver high-quality consulting and development services.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Passion for learning new technologies and continuously enhancing Salesforce expertise.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within distributed teams.
