Essential Criteria
- Self-motivation and discipline: as a remote team member, you must possess the ability to work independently and stay motivated without constant supervision.
- Strong communication skills. Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
- Tech-savviness: by working remotely you need to be proficient in using various tools, software, and technology platforms that facilitate virtual collaboration and communication.
