The Opportunity
We're seeking a full-time, results-driven Email Campaigns Specialist (3-5 years experience) to join our marketing team. You'll develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and convert prospects for our IT services, directly contributing to Support Tech LLC's growth.
What You'll Do
- Design & Execute: Create high-performing B2B IT lead generation and nurturing email campaigns.
- Optimize & Personalize: Segment audiences, personalize content, and A/B test to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Automate & Integrate: Set up automation workflows and integrate email efforts within the Zoho Suite.
- Analyze & Report: Monitor metrics, analyze performance, and provide insights to refine strategy.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain list accuracy and adhere to email marketing best practices.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
· 3-5 years hands-on email marketing experience, preferably in B2B IT.
- MUST have expertise with Zoho Campaigns and proficiency with the broader Zoho Suite.
- Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills for complex IT concepts.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, strong problem-solver, able to manage projects and meet deadlines.
