资质
- 计算机科学、软件工程、数据科学或相关领域的学士学位，或同等的实际经验。
- 2–4年的软件开发或自动化经验，包括至少1年构建AI应用的经验。
- 精通Python，具备API和SQL经验。
- 有使用OpenAI或Anthropic API构建AI应用的实战经验，包括与业务系统的集成和AI输出的验证。
- 熟悉文档处理和检索增强生成（RAG）。
- 具备良好的英语沟通能力，并能在美国工作时间范围内工作。
- 有金融服务行业经验者优先。

About ComCap
ComCap is a boutique investment bank specializing in M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory for technology and digital commerce companies.
We’re seeking an Applied AI Engineer to build practical AI tools and automation across investment banking, research, and operations. You’ll work with our teams to turn business needs into reliable, integrated workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build AI solutions for company research, document analysis, meeting summaries, and reporting.
- Integrate AI with internal systems, CRM platforms, and company data.
- Automate recurring tasks and measure improvements in efficiency and accuracy.
- Validate AI outputs, implement human review where needed, and protect confidential information.
- Maintain solutions, document processes, and train team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years of software development or automation experience, including at least 1 year building AI applications.
- Strong Python skills and experience with APIs and SQL.
- Hands-on experience building AI applications using OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, including integration with business systems and validation of AI outputs.
- Familiarity with document processing and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Strong English communication skills and availability during US business hours.
- Financial services experience is a plus.
