你将负责：
- 起草、审核和修订商业合同，包括供应商、代理和合作协定；
- 制定和更新内部政策，确保其符合法律标准和最佳实践；
- 保持准确且有条理的法律文件，确保符合所有适用法规；
- 与跨职能团队合作，降低法律风险，确保运营符合法律和监管要求；
- 为日常业务运营提供法律支持，包括处理法律问题并提供实际解决方案；
- 专业地处理客户投诉和法律问题，确保回应及时且合法；
- 在必要时与外部法律团队合作，解决复杂的法律纠纷；
- 支持公司知识产权的保护，包括版权、商标和专利。
你的背景：
- 法学学位，来自认可的机构；
- 至少 3 年相关法律经验，包括国际业务经验；
- 英语口语和书面表达能力强；
- 注重细节，确保法律文件和流程的准确性；
- 强大的研究能力，以跟进法律要求和行业趋势；
- 有知识产权（IP）经验者优先。
加分项：
· 至少一年在 SaaS 模式中工作的经验。

As we scale, we are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team and ensure our operations comply with all regulatory frameworks and laws, while also offering legal advice on a range of issues.
What you will be doing:
- draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, including vendor, affiliate, and partnership agreements;
- prepare and update internal policies, ensuring they align with legal standards and best practices;
- maintain accurate and organized legal documentation, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations;
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks and ensure operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements;
- provide legal support on day-to-day business operations, including addressing legal issues and offering practical solutions;
- handle customer claims and legal concerns with professionalism, ensuring that responses are timely and legally sound;
- collaborate with external legal teams to address complex legal disputes when necessary;
- support the protection of the company’s intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
Your background:
- Degree in Law, from an accredited institution;
- minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, including international business exposure;
- strong spoken and written English language skills;
- meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in legal documents and processes;
- strong researching skills to stay up-to-date with legal requirements and industry trends;
- experience with intellectual property (IP) is a plus.
Would be a plus:
· at least 1 year of experience working specifically with SaaS models.
