Overview:

Responsibilities:
- 通过基于网络的平台提供有效的音频和视频口译服务
- 及时接听来电
- 提供优质的客户服务

- 遵守所有政策和程序，包括专业口译协议和行业特定的最佳实践
Qualifications/Experience:
- 英语和德语均具备完全流利水平
- 具备技术能力（基于网络的平台、电子邮件、Microsoft Word）
- 拥有安静、安全、无外界噪音的口译空间
- 优先考虑1年以上的专业口译经验
- 优先考虑行业特定的认证/培训（如CMI、CCHI等）

Overview:
As an audio/video interpreter for German in LSA’s network of Independently Contracted Interpreters, you are responsible for handling audio and videocalls on demand and facilitating language communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in a variety of settings. Language Services Associates is continuously accepting qualified interpreters!
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective audio and video interpreting through a web based platform
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
- Provide superior customer service
- Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices
Qualifications/Experience:
- Full fluency in both English and German
- Technology proficient (web-based platforms, email, Microsoft Word)
- An interpreting space that is quiet, secure, and free from outside noises
- 1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred
- Industry specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.)
