Client Introduction:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients. This client is a global leader in the Banking known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.
Job Purpose
The implementation of a clustered high availability scenario for MS SQL database, with always-on, azure setup and configuration. Performing all assigned technical activities within the unit Distributed Data & Infrastructure
Platform, including database performance tuning. Maintaining regular backups of pre-production databases, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely delivery.
Job Specification:
Education
Minimum Bachelor/Master degree in IT or equivalent
Work Experience
Minimum 4 Years of Experience in MS SQL Database Administration on-Prem and Azure/Cloud
Technical Competencies
Database Installation, Setup & Configuration
Database Management and Administration
Database Performance Tuning
Database backup and restorations covering all scenarios
Windows & virtualization systems knowledge
Cluster Active-Active implementation & support
