Your Responsibilities
- Provide benefit enrollment materials and help clients understand eligibility requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual client meetings.
- Answer incoming calls, return messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team.
- Respond to coverage questions with clear explanations and attentive service.
- Use our Needs Analysis system to identify client needs and explain personalized coverage options.
- Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process.
- Collaborate with management and participate in training to stay informed about products, services, and company policies.
