What will you be doing?
This role is an exciting opportunity to manage a remote Client Service team. The growing demands of the business require a candidate who is a strong individual contributor with the ability to also lead and oversee solution implementation and change management across a multitude of complex data sets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with advanced technical skills.
Job Responsibilities

• Manage a manufacturing client service team to deliver against core solutions and drive continuous process improvements for the client and internal partners.

• Lead implementation and change management efforts on Circana solutions and data sets.

• Track and organize multiple work streams and manage time and resources against changing priorities.

• Collaborate with virtual and diverse teams (i.e. offshore and onshore) to ensure all change events and client deliverables are on time and accurate.

• Troubleshoot issues, communicate to cross-functional teams to resolve, and provide status updates to end-users.

• Regularly and proactively communicate with the client-facing team, including soliciting feedback to continually improving the ways of working.

• Integrating external data sources for the client.

• Managing Global extract / RedSlim integration support.

• Utilize AI assets to improve accuracy, deliverables and support client initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with syndicated data and operational systems

• Highly motivated with leadership aspirations

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including presenting technical subject matter to non-technical audiences

• Excellent project management and process skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, perseverance, and the creativity to overcome obstacles to achieve project goals

• Ability to build a rapport across functions and levels within an organization

• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $102,000 to $125,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
