About the Opportunity
We work alongside unions, credit unions, and member-based organizations across Canada to deliver long-term benefits that help protect families. Your Role
You'll serve as a key contact for families, helping them navigate their benefit options with professionalism and care. This is a client-focused role where building trust and delivering a strong experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Clearly present benefit options through virtual meetings
- Complete and manage documentation with accuracy and compliance
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through follow-up
- Collaborate with your team to enhance service and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Legally authorized to work in Canada or US
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
- Previous experience in customer service, admin, or client-facing roles is an advantage
