Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Salesforce Tech Lead / Salesforce Associate Architect to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforcedevelopment, with extensive experience in sales and service cloud. As aSalesforce Tech Lead / Salesforce Associate Architect, you will be responsiblefor leading and guiding the development team while also being an individualcontributor. You should have a proven track record of successfully customizingSalesforce, developing on the Salesforce platform, and implementingenterprise-grade solutions. Additionally, experience in high technologies suchas Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura is highly desired. The candidateshould be self-motivated, a problem solver, and have a passion for deliveringhigh-quality Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the development team inSalesforce customization and platform development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams togather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement scalable andefficient Salesforce solutions, focusing on sales and service cloud.
- Customize Salesforce to meet the uniquebusiness needs of our organization.
- Develop and maintain integrations withexternal systems and applications.
- Implement enterprise-grade Salesforcesolutions, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidanceto the development team regarding Salesforce customizations and platformdevelopment.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforcetechnologies, such as LWC and Aura, and recommend their implementation ifapplicable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues ordefects related to Salesforce customizations and platform development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensuresmooth implementation and user adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor and train team members onSalesforce development best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects andother stakeholders to define the technical architecture and roadmap forSalesforce solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as aSalesforce Tech Lead or Salesforce Associate Architect with 2 end to endproject implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforcedevelopment, with a focus on sales and service cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforcecustomization and platform development.
- Experience in implementingenterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, andLightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura for Salesforce development.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce withexternal systems and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills to address complex requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaborationskills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able towork independently.
- Salesforce certifications such as SalesforceCertified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, andSalesforce Certified System Architect are preferred, but not required.
