要求

About the Opportunity
We work alongside unions, credit unions, and associations across Canada, helping their members access long-term benefit programs designed to protect their families. Our mission is centered on supporting working households and making sure families have the coverage they need for the future.
As we continue to grow, we're looking to bring on driven, people-focused individuals who want to build a meaningful career with us.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll serve as the main point of contact for families, guiding them through their benefit options with clarity and professionalism. Your day-to-day will include:
- Presenting benefit programs clearly through virtual meetings (Zoom)
- Completing and maintaining accurate, compliant documentation
- Building lasting client relationships through ongoing follow-up
- Collaborating with your team to enhance processes and client experience
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative, or client-facing roles preferred

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
