Maintain Technology is looking for an experiencedEstimator/Quantity Surveyorto help review and validate trade quotes across residential construction projects in Australia.
This is afully remote rolewhere you’ll apply your expertise in construction estimating, quantity take-offs, and trade scope analysis while working with a modern digital quoting platform.
If you have experience in cost estimation, subcontractor pricing review, or quantity surveying and want exposure to international construction standards and projects, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with a fast-growing technology platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in construction estimating or quantity surveying
- Experience working on residential construction projects
- Experience reviewing subcontractor quotes or trade tenders
- Strong understanding of trade packages and construction cost structures
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working with Australian, US, UK, or international construction projects
- Experience in outsourced estimating or offshore construction support teams
- Familiarity with metric and imperial measurements
- Understanding of trade packages and subcontractor pricing
Professional certifications (advantageous but not required):
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
- Cost Engineering or Construction Estimating certifications
- Training in Quantity Take-Off (QTO), construction estimating, or project costing
- Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS)
- Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
