- 设计并交付端到端的生成式AI解决方案，从概念验证到生产环境。

- 了解向量数据库和嵌入模型。
- 有通过云API或自托管运行时部署模型的经验。
- 葡萄牙语流利。

Right now, weare looking for an AI Architectto integrate our Talent team.
Yourresponsibilities include:
- Architect and deliver end-to-end Generative AI solutions, from PoC toproduction.
- Design RAG pipelines,agent-based systems, and LLM orchestration layers.
- Evaluate and selectmodels, frameworks, and tools based on performance and cost.
- Establish best practicesand governance for responsible AI usage.
- Mentor engineering teamsand translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Apply domain expertise in intelligent manufacturing & supply chainsolutions, including industrial technology and automation forpharmaceutical, logistics, and material processing environments.
You must have:
- 5+ years of experience in architecture or AI engineering.
- Proven experiencebuilding GenAI / LLM solutions in production.
- Strong proficiency inPython.
- Hands-on experience withorchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
- Practical knowledge ofvector databases and embedding models.
- Experience deployingmodels via cloud APIs or self-hosted runtimes.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Industry experience in one or more of the following domains: Pharmaceuticaltechnology and solutions, Supply chain automation and logistics, Technologysolutions for material processing (including paper, tissue, and tobacco), Intelligentmanufacturing & supply chain solutions.
We value:
- Experience with AI gateways and model routing (e.g., LiteLLM, Bearer).
- Knowledge of LLMobservability, tracing, and evaluation tools (e.g., LangSmith, Arize Phoenix).
- Experience with MLOps,CI/CD for ML, and containerized environments.
- Experience with cloudplatforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with AI agentframeworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Fluency in English.
