最低要求
- Blaze经验：5年以上使用FICO Blaze Advisor进行开发的实际经验
- 开发背景：5年以上面向对象开发经验（Java、C#或.NET）
- 领导能力：3年以上技术团队领导经验
- 版本控制：使用Git的实际操作经验
- 教育背景：计算机科学/信息技术相关学位（优先考虑荣誉学士学位）或同等工作经验

This is a 12 - month contract with our client in the banking sector.
We are seeking a senior FICO Blaze / Business Rules Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise decision solutions across key banking platforms. Acting as a technical SME, you will integrate rule engines with Java architectures, lead off-shore implementation efforts, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders from design through to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Rule Engine Engineering: Design, write, test, and deploy business rule repositories primarily using FICO Blaze Advisor / Decision Modeler.
- System Integration: Integrate Business Rules Engine (BRE) rule services with Java / Web Services platforms.
- Solution Architecture & Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate technical discussions with Product Owners, Architects, BAs, and Developers to refine requirements and approve technical designs.
- Offshore Leadership: Coordinate implementation efforts with offshore development teams and provide technical guidance.
- Testing & BAU Support: Build repository testing frameworks, perform sanity checks on rule implementations, and create technical documentation for ongoing operational support.
Minimum Requirements
- Blaze Experience:5+ years of hands-on experience developing with FICO Blaze Advisor.
- Development Background:5+ yearsproficient experience in Object-Oriented development (Java, C#, or .NET).
- Leadership:3+ years of technical team leadership experience.
- Version Control: Practical hands-on experience using Git.
- Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science/IT (BSc Hons preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Advantageous Requirements
- Experience with FICO Blaze Advisor 7.x.
- Automated testing experience using JUnit.
- Exposure to Azure cloud environments.
- Regulatory compliance or financial rules experience (e.g., FICA, FATCA) in a banking environment.
