- 实时调整教学内容，通过屏幕共享和交互式流程解决软件问题，优化设计技巧，并解释几何或制图原理。
- 跟踪学生项目进展，并与家长或学校合作伙伴有效沟通作品集发展、软件掌握情况和技术里程碑成果。

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced Design & CAD Instructors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. If you're passionate about supporting students — and you want the flexibility to build a schedule around your life — we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's experience level, project goals, and unique learning style.
- Create structured lesson plans that align with student goals, whether they are a high schooler learning the basics of 3D modeling, a college student prepping for industry certifications, or an aspiring engineer/architect mastering technical drafting.
- Adapt instruction in real time, using screen-sharing and interactive workflows to troubleshoot software bugs, refine design techniques, and explain geometry or drafting principles.
- Track student project progress and communicate effectively with families or school partners regarding portfolio development, software mastery, and technical milestone achievements.

- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working with students who have education needs
- Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations
- Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace
Preferred (not required):
· Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
