Duetoincreaseddemand,wearenowinterviewingforaqualified,experienced,anddedicatedLitigationParalegal.
Thisisaremote,contract-basedopportunityrequiring35–40hoursperweek,withthepotentialtotransitionintoapermanentfull-timeposition.
ParalegalRequirements:
- Minimum5yearsofparalegalexperience
- Stronglitigationexperience(experienceinanylitigationpracticeareawillbeconsidered)
- Excellentdraftingskills,includingpleadings,motions,discovery,andotherlitigationdocuments
- Strongunderstandingoflitigationprocedures,courtrules,anddeadlines
- Experiencemanagingcasesandmovingmattersforwardindependently
- Strongorganizationalandcasemanagementskills
- Exceptionalattentiontodetail
- Experiencewithcourtfilings,calendaring,anddeadlinemanagement
- Abilitytohandlemultipleactivecasesandprioritizeassignments
- Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
- Highlydependable,accountable,andreliable
- Strongworkethic,honesty,andintegrity
- Self-starterwhocanworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision
- Mustbeavailableforatleast35hoursperweek
- Interestedinalong-termopportunitywiththepotentialtobecomeafull-timeemployee
