We partner with unions, credit unions, associations, and their members across Canada to provide permanent benefits that protect what matters most. Our focus is on serving working families and ensuring every child has the coverage they need. We’re now expanding our team and looking for motivated, people-driven individuals to grow with us.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact for families, guiding them through their permanent benefits program with care and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
- Explaining benefit options clearly and effectively over Zoom
- Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation
- Maintaining long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Working collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary an asset)
- 1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, or client-facing roles preferred

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
