**Job Description**
micro1 is engaging 360° Vehicle Navigation Video Recorders equipped with cameras such as the Insta360 or GoPro MAX to contribute to a customer project by capturing immersive, high-quality vehicle-navigation footage. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
We are looking for individuals to record their vehicles navigating a variety of real-world environments from a trailing third-person perspective. Assignments may include driving on local roads, completing turns and stops, navigating intersections, entering parking areas, parking, and moving between different road or neighborhood environments.
This flexible contract opportunity can fit around trips or commutes you already make. If your planned route matches an available assignment and satisfies its recording requirements, you may claim the assignment and record it during that trip.
Those selected for this role may also choose to complete additional recording assignments that do not involve vehicle navigation. Participation in these assignments is entirely optional and based on individual interest and assignment availability.
**Requirements**
You must already own or have access to:
1. A compatible 360° action camera, such as an Insta360, GoPro MAX, or comparable device.
2. Software capable of reframing and exporting 360° footage in a trailing third-person view.
3. A secure, vehicle-rated camera mounting system capable of producing the required exterior third-person perspective is strongly preferred. Limited equipment support may be available to qualified individuals who do not already own a compatible mount.

**Responsibilities**
1. Select vehicle-navigation assignments from a predefined list.
2. Capture stable, continuous vehicle-navigation footage from the required trailing third-person perspective.
3. Record varied local driving with natural turns, stops, intersections, and parking activity.
4. Export and submit footage according to the assignment requirements.
**Ideal Applicants**
1. Already use a 360° camera for automotive, travel, action-sports, or driving footage.
2. Understand camera mounting, stabilization, reframing, and video export.
3. Drive regularly and can incorporate approved assignments into existing trips.
4. Pay close attention to camera angle, video quality, and environmental coverage.
5. Can independently verify footage before submission.
