As aCruise Specialist, you’ll assist clients with selecting and booking cruise vacations, onboard experiences, excursions, and travel packages.
Key Responsibilities
· Recommend cruise lines and itineraries

• Book cabins, transportation, and excursions

• Provide clients with cruise documentation and itineraries

• Assist with changes, upgrades, and travel support

• Stay informed on cruise promotions and destinations

• Deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements
Qualifications
· Interest in cruise travel and hospitality

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Ability to learn booking platforms and systems

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Client centered experience

• Familiar with sales cycle and selling process

• Experience with front-line sales or knowledge thereof
