Job Description
We are looking for a hybrid Marketing Data & AI Analytics Specialist to bridge traditional business intelligence with modern AI-driven workflows. In this role, you will analyze full-funnel marketing performance while actively implementing AI tools, scripting, and automation to streamline data processes, accelerate reporting, and generate actionable insights for our growth teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance & Campaign Analytics:
· Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and/or Looker Studio tracking full-funnel performance across GA4, paid search, social campaigns, and organic web traffic.
Data Querying & Pipelines:
· Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries in Redshift to join web performance data with Salesforce opportunity pipelines.
AI Analytics & Automation:
· Leverage Generative AI workflows, prompt engineering, and scripting (Python, AI APIs, Google Apps Script) to automate ad-hoc request triage, clean unstructured campaign data, and draft automated performance summaries.
Lead Velocity & Attribution:
· Analyze buyer journey touchpoints, evaluate multi-touch attribution models, and pinpoint conversion friction points within the lead-to-opportunity funnel.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
· Partner with Campaign Managers, Web Developers, and Sales Operations to ensure data tagging accuracy and standard key performance indicator (KPI) definitions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or marketing operations within B2B.
- Strong hands-on proficiency writing and optimizing complex SQL queries (Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake).
- Deep working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Tableau or Looker Studio, and Salesforce CRM.
- Demonstrated experience incorporating LLMs and AI tools into data workflows (e.g., AI-assisted code generation, unstructured text processing, automated reporting via Python).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise B2B sales cycles or hybrid web/eCommerce environments.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot).
- Basic understanding of tag management and data privacy compliance.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for experimenting with emerging AI tools.
Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 CAD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
