At JLV Construction, we specialize in high-end residential construction, whole-home renovations, additions, and historic preservation in New Orleans.
In this role, you will build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. You will manage advertising budgets, test campaign improvements, monitor conversion tracking, and work with Marketing and Sales to understand which campaigns produce qualified leads and contribute to revenue.
Pay and Benefits:
- Location: 100% remote.
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Central Time.
- Schedule: You must consistently follow U.S. Central Time, including adjustments for U.S. daylight-saving time.
- Workweek: 45 scheduled hours per week, including a one-hour unpaid lunch each day and two paid 15-minute breaks each day.
- U.S. Holidays: At JLV, we follow the U.S. holiday schedule.
- Language: C1–C2 English or near native fluency required.
- Compensation: 10.00 - 14.00 USD per hour, depending on demonstrated experience and proficiency.
- Payment: Every two weeks.
- Work Arrangement: Full-time remote independent contractor.
- Reports To: Marketing Manager.
- Equipment: You must provide your own reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and professional home-office setup.
