As an AI Integration & Operations Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical role in embedding AI into day-to-day workflows across multiple business functions. You will bridge the gap between AI capabilities and real-world execution, identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and enabling teams to adopt AI-driven workflows at scale.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong systems thinking with hands-on execution, and is comfortable operating across functions to drive meaningful operational transformation in a fast-growing environment.
Accountability
Your success as an AI Integration & Operations Transformation Specialist will be defined by the adoption, effectiveness, and scalability of AI-powered workflows across the organization, improving efficiency, speed, and decision-making.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Discovery & AI Strategy
- Audit workflows across departments to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration.
- Develop and prioritize a company-wide roadmap for AI adoption.
- Stay current on emerging AI tools, models, and capabilities.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows tailored to team-specific needs.
- Integrate AI tools into existing systems, including spreadsheets, operational tools, and internal platforms.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and usable in real-world contexts.
Enablement & Training
- Lead hands-on training sessions to support cross-functional AI adoption.
- Develop playbooks, frameworks, and documentation to enable repeatable usage.
- Act as a go-to resource for troubleshooting and guidance on AI tools.
- Drive sustained adoption and usage across teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Optimization
- Partner with teams across operations, marketing, finance, and design to align solutions with business needs.
- Adapt workflows based on team requirements, skill levels, and priorities.
- Measure impact and continuously iterate on implemented solutions.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership, acting as a key partner in driving AI adoption and operational transformation across the organization.
At Oceans, you’ll also receive guidance and support from your Operations Manager, who will help you succeed in the role and ensure that you’re continuously growing and developing in your career.
Skills and Qualifications
At Oceans, we believe in T-shaped individuals—those who bring deep expertise in one area paired with broad curiosity across the business. As an AI Integration & Operations Transformation Specialist, your vertical focus will be on designing and implementing AI-powered workflows, while your horizontal focus will include cross-functional operations, process optimization, and change enablement.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in operations, consulting, product, or similar roles, with demonstrated experience implementing AI or automation solutions in business environments.
- AI & Automation Expertise: Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms, with hands-on experience applying them to real-world use cases.
- Systems Thinking: Proven ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable, practical solutions.
- Implementation & Execution: Experience translating abstract concepts into operational systems, with a strong bias toward action and delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work across multiple teams, adapting solutions to different workflows, skill levels, and business needs.
- Communication & Enablement: Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly and train non-technical stakeholders to adopt new tools and workflows.

Role Specifications
This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
