Scale-X Solutions is one of the fastest growing outsourcing company in the Philippines and Australia. We're currently hiring for a Bookkeeper for one of our esteemed clients. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of bookkeeping experience and must be familiar with working for or with Australian clients. Proficiency in using Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee the daily operations of the bookkeeping function
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure financial data integrity
- Reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and generate reports
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Prepare BAS (Business Activity Statements) and other tax compliance tasks
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Support the preparation of end-of-year accounts and audits

Minimum of two years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience working with or for Australian clients
- Proficiency in using Xero, Quickbooks, or MYOB
- Strong understanding of Australian tax laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping (preferred but not essential)
