我们寻找的人选
- 5年以上全栈工程经验，有面向客户的网络应用端到端交付责任。
- 精通Node.js、TypeScript、NestJS和React；需要具备较强的前后端开发能力。
- 有产品探索经验：能够快速形成假设并通过实验进行验证。
- 能够识别、收集并使用指标来指导产品决策。
- 擅长直接与客户和合作伙伴协作，提取可操作的洞察。
- 需要具备德语母语水平；同时需要流利的英语用于团队沟通。
- 有将大语言模型（如OpenAI）集成到生产软件的经验者优先。
- 对AI服务的GDPR和欧盟人工智能法案相关考虑有了解者优先。
- 有在高速成长的初创公司工作的经验者优先。
- 具备扎实的计算机科学基础，并能在工作量、质量和速度之间做出合理判断。
薪资与福利
薪资范围：每年80,000至120,000欧元。不提供签证担保。
地点
完全远程办公，优先考虑位于德国或奥地利的候选人，并需在中欧时间时段内有可用时间。偶尔可能在维也纳进行面对面合作。

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a product engineering team building AI-powered voice communication software for businesses. You will own customer-facing features from early discovery through production, helping shape the product through hands-on engineering and direct customer feedback.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS.
- Speak with customers, gather feedback, and use user testing to understand needs and validate product ideas.
- Break opportunities into focused releases, ship frequently, and iterate based on customer insights and product metrics.
- Contribute to feature prioritization and roadmap decisions for AI voice products.
- Make pragmatic architecture and implementation decisions across the frontend and backend.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years of fullstack engineering experience delivering customer-facing SaaS products and end-to-end web features.
- Production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js; experience with NestJS is preferred.
- Native German proficiency and fluent English.
- Experience with product discovery, customer feedback, experimentation, and using metrics to inform decisions.
- A high-ownership, pragmatic approach and comfort working in a fast-moving product environment.
- Experience integrating LLMs, deploying AI services, or working with GDPR and European AI regulations is beneficial.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: €80,000 to €120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
