You will communicate with patients in English and Spanish, coordinate with the dental team, and help ensure that appointments, documentation, and patient requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
This role is well suited for someone with experience in U.S. dental or healthcare administration who enjoys patient interaction, works well under pressure, and can independently manage multiple priorities.

  • Assist with dental billing activities and payment posting.
  • Support insurance claims follow-up and related documentation.
  • Help patients understand routine insurance and payment information.
  • Escalate complex insurance or billing questions to the appropriate team members.

Patient Records & Office Administration

  • Assist with patient registration, intake information, and demographic updates.
  • Enter and update information in dental practice management systems.
  • Maintain organized and accurate electronic patient records.
  • Complete administrative tasks, data entry, and routine reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal staff to ensure patient requests are properly addressed.
  • Handle sensitive patient information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
