As a key member of our team, the senior analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of a full multi-channel sales force. The associate will help facilitate the build of world-class sales-enablement technology as regards sales compensation structures and external software platform integration. The success of our team will be a fundamental differentiator in our ability to meet key company growth goals over the next decade.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and will have a roll-up their sleeves mentality. You should be analytically oriented, ready to leverage data and engage in quick problem solving to make effective decisions. Additionally, you should be comfortable taking ownership of your piece of the business and have a desire to learn and take on more responsibility as you and your role evolves with Devoted.
Responsibilities & Impact will include:

• Scope, plan, and execute operational efforts and improve the efficiency of those efforts with minimal supervision

• Conduct root cause analyses of current business operations pain points related to sales compensation structures and external software platform integration

• Measure impact of efforts in order to validate that desired results are achieved and assure mechanisms are in place to sustain improved performance

• Continuously promote data-driven decision-making and actively contribute to ongoing optimization

• Support multiple projects and a variety of work streams simultaneously while facilitating input from a variety of key stakeholders

• Perform ad-hoc analytics and modeling to better understand key parts of the business

• Aligning needs and deliverables across all levels of the organization and managing timely delivery of projects and assets related to goals and budget

• Exercise discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Required skills and experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in analytical, operational, or project management-type roles

• Fast learner, can pick up new content and industries quickly in an extremely fast-paced environment

• Experience using Excel, SQL, BI dashboards, AI agents and other tools to build reports, automate processes and conduct analyses to provide ongoing recommendations for adjustments to plan

• Self-starter and team player who can partner effectively with other teams to define goals, launch, and optimize initiatives that drive a smooth experience for potential users

• Track record of success achieving measurable results

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement, project management, and change management

• Demonstrated experience in an analytical, operational, and/or project management role

• Analytic mindset, comfortable autonomously executing qualitative and quantitative analyses

• Ability to deal effectively with ambiguous situations

• Results-oriented with a willingness to take initiative and get the job done

• Strong attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous process improvements

• Ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize workload

• Ability to adapt to change quickly and strong ability to problem solve

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently

• Perform any other job related duties as requested

Salary Range: $57,000 - $120,000 annually
The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
