For one of our clients - we are looking for an ApplicationAI Architect

Work model: Remote, Bulgaria

Contract: Standard or B2B

Responsibilities:

• Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solvethe existing business problems

• Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, andother aspects of software to project stakeholders, software development,quality assurance and delivery teams

• Defining features, phases, and solution requirements

• Providing specifications according to which the solution isdefined, managed, and delivered

• Work with development and test teams on enterprise scaleprojects

• Assist and guide, consult to implement and keep processesand standards

• Build reference architecture company-wide code libraries, toassist and optimize development processes of new projects

• Collaborate with software, infrastructure and businessarchitects in Sofia and in other locations

What you bring in:

Core Application Development Experience:

• Advantage: C# & .NET Ecosystem - Advanced

• Including latest .Net (6/7/8+), Web API, and Minimal API

• Entity Framework (6/7/8) - Advanced

• React - Intermediate

• Data & Databases

• SQL (e.g., SQL Server) - Advanced

• NoSQL (e.g., Azure Cosmos DB, MongoDB) - Advanced

• Experience with vector databases/stores (e.g., Azure AISearch, Pinecone) for RAG patterns is highly desirable.

• Data Engineering principles (ETL/ELT) - Intermediate

• Understanding how to build data pipelines to feed AI models.

Architecture & Design

• Clean Architecture, SOLID, CQRS pattern - Advanced

• Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture - Advanced

• Critical for building scalable and decoupled AI systems.

• AI/ML Solution Architecture - Advanced

• Expertise in designing architectures for AI-nativeapplications, including patterns like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

AI & Machine Learning (ML)

• Azure AI Services - Advanced

• Azure OpenAI Service: Expertise in implementing solutionsusing LLMs (e.g., GPT-4), including prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.

• Azure Machine Learning: Experience with the ML lifecycle,including model training, deployment, and management (MLOps).

• Azure Cognitive Services: (Speech, Vision, Language) forintegrating pre-built AI capabilities.

• MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) - Advanced

• Experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines formachine learning models (e.g., using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).

• Knowledge of model versioning, monitoring, and governance.

• Python for AI - Intermediate

• Familiarity with key AI/ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn,Pandas, TensorFlow/PyTorch) is a significant plus.

Cloud (Azure)

• Core Azure Services - Advanced

• Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, Managed Identity,Application Insights.

• Azure Integration Services - Intermediate

• Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid for orchestratingcomplex AI workflows.

• Azure DevOps - Advanced

• Expertise in CI/CD for both application code and ML models.
