**主要职责：**
- 作为云平台基础设施团队成员，专注于构建混合云解决方案。
- 构建自动化能力，实现通用抽象、工具和 CI/CD 自动化及云原生应用的渐进式交付。
- 为所有 Five9 开发团队提供云原生开发流程，开展开发者培训和工具集，通过自动化软件交付实现扩展性和高可用性。
- 设计并构建安全、可高度扩展、企业级的平台工具。
- 清晰地记录和沟通架构和实现方案。
- 与产品经理、架构师、测试人员和开发团队紧密合作。
- 排查和维护当前云平台的生产环境。
**关键资格：**
- 7 年以上 DevOps / 生产运维相关工作经验。
- 5 年以上云原生应用交付经验。
- 熟练使用 CI/CD 工具，如 GitLab、GitHub、Jenkins 等。
- 熟悉公有云基础设施（GCP 优先，AWS、Azure 也行）。
- 具备核心云服务的实际操作经验——Kubernetes、计算、存储、网络、虚拟化、身份和访问管理（IAM）。
- 精通当前技术栈 Helm、K8S、Istio、GCP、AWS、GKE、EKS、Terraform、SRE/DevOps 实践或同等技能。
- 在基础设施即代码（IaC）方面有扎实的经验，能够通过自动化构建稳健的平台。
- 有构建自动化和部署高质量软件的经验，包括测试框架和 CI/CD、渐进式交付。
- 在一种或多种编程语言上有扎实的开发经验——Python、Terraform、Golang、Java 等。
- 精通基于 Linux 的系统和运行时环境。

We are actively seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Product Engineering Core DevOps team. At Five9, we work in small teams and move fast to drive our products and business to the next level. We look for crucial skills in team members such as a problem-solving mindset and intellectual curiosity, along with comfortable integration into a deeply collaborative system that rewards impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, implementation, and automation of large-scale distributed systems.
- Build tools and automation that help Five9 achieve higher availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency.
- Work with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor production and development environments to build preventive measures and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Work with delivery teams on software improvements to achieve higher availability and lower MTTD.
- Participate in on-call rotation (8h shift, 7days a week, every 3-4 weeks).
**Key Requirements:**
- 7+ years of public cloud experience (GCP or AWS).
- 7+ years of private cloud experience (Openstack, VMware ESXi).
- 7+ years of Linux experience (Centos/Ubuntu).
- 7+ years of networking experience.
- Orchestration and management of containers using Kubernetes, Helm, GKE and Docker.
- Experience with Gitlab, ArgoCD, CI/CD methodologies & tools.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Python or other scripting languages.
- Experience with Ansible config management tool.
- Experience with Prometheus/Loki/Alertmanager/Grafana observability tools.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Incident Management Process, SRE best practices and continuous improvements.
- Experience designing large scale distributed systems.
- Familiar with DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies and best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
