Technical Requirements
We're always looking for ethical hackers, across all levels who demonstrate:
· Strong foundation in security testing in a variety of domains
· Experience with performing security assessments
· Knowledge of common attack frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, etc.)
· Familiarity with automation and custom tool development
· Understanding of social engineering principles
Experience & Qualifications
While we value practical skills over paper credentials, we typically look for:
· 2+ years of hands-on security testing experience
· Relevant certifications (OSCP, CREST, etc.) are welcomed
· Track record of finding and exploiting vulnerabilities
· Experience writing detailed technical reports
· History of responsible disclosure
· Contributions to security tools or research
· Evidence of continuous learning and skill development
Essential Skills
· Excellent written and verbal English – C1 for international applications
· Creative problem-solving mindset
· Strong documentation abilities
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Experience presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences
· Professional client communication skills
