要求
· 具有搬迁协调员或线索管理经验，最好是在大型经纪公司或房地产公司工作过（在个人代理或非常小的团队的经验可能不够）
· 熟练操作以下至少一个平台管理房地产线索：
· eRelocation by ASK
- AnywheRE 或 Leads Engine by Realogy
- Broker Center by Cartus
- Global Referral Network by Sotheby's International Realty
- CIH Network by Compass Real Estate
- 优秀的英语沟通能力，包括书面和口头表达

This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for aReal Estate Leads Managerto join their team. Operating within the luxury real estate sector and affiliated with one of the most prestigious property networks in the world, they have built a strong reputation for excellence, market expertise, and high-value transactions across sought-after territories.
Responsibilities
· Manage and assign incoming real estate leads in a timely, organized, and strategic manner
- Coordinate relocation inquiries and referrals across internal and external networks
- Track lead activity, follow-up status, and conversion outcomes using specialized platforms
- Serve as the point of contact between referring parties and the receiving agent or team
- Maintain accurate records of lead assignments, referrals, and outcomes
- Monitor lead pipelines and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
- Communicate professionally and promptly with agents, coordinators, and partners
- Support reporting and performance tracking related to lead generation and conversion
Requirements
· Prior experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager, preferably with a large brokerage or real estate company (experience with an individual agent or very small team may not be sufficient)
· Hands-on experience managing real estate leads in at least one of the following platforms:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environmentQualifications
- Background working at a recognized large brokerage — ideally Sotheby's International Realty or Compass Real Estate, though equivalent experience at another established real estate firm will be considered
- Familiarity with real estate referral and relocation workflows
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of leads without sacrificing quality or responsiveness
- Comfortable working across digital tools and platforms in a fast-paced environment
