Job Summary
•This position is responsible for delivering employee services requiring knowledge of HR policies and procedures in such areas as salary and benefit administration, employee relations, wellness, or employee development; researching and providing solutions to the more difficult employee and retiree issues and concerns; working with all areas of HR to ensure effective employee services; and is accountable for participating in the HR value proposition to attract, develop, and retain high quality diverse employees for the corporation.JOB REQUIRMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree OR 4 years’ experience in customer service or Human Resources

• Service oriented and have desire to serve the customer.

• Consultation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Analytical, research and documentation skills.

• Project management skills.

• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of the Workday System.

• Knowledge of health insurance industry.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Base Pay Range
$47,500.00 - $86,000.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
