Mission / Role Summary
Develop and implement agentic solutions within the Digital Engineer platform using AI-assisted coding techniques, workflow orchestration, and platform-native components.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure agents, workflows, and integrations
- • Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development
- • Implement agent logic, prompts, and decision flows
- • Integrate with enterprise systems (ITSM, APIs, data sources)
- • Test and validate agent behavior and outputs
- • Collaborate with architects and service designers on implementation
- • Contribute to reusable components and templates
Required Skills
- Strong software development skills (Python, APIs, scripting)
- • Experience with automation and workflow platforms
- • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent patterns
- • Understanding of integration patterns and enterprise systems
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with tools like n8n, LangGraph, or similar
- • Knowledge of AI observability and testing frameworks
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Experience in ITSM automation or managed services
Experience Profile
- 3–8 years in software development or automation engineering
- • Experience with modern development tools and cloud-native environments
